During 2007, we received the prestigious 2007 Guildmaster Award with highest distinction from Guild Quality, our customer survey service. Those of you who had contracted with us over the last several years were asked to answer a questionnaire administered by the folks at Guild Quality. Questions cover areas on service, quality, communication, value ect. To be eligible to receive a Guildmaster award, we needed a recommendation rate of over 90% and a response rate of over 90% for projects undertaken over the last twelve months. We received 100% recommendation rate, while the national average is 60%, and 29 of our previous customers responded to the survey!!! All of us here at Ben Tyler Building and Remodeling are interested in the ongoing improvement of our company in order to bring to our customers the best product delivered in the best possible manner.
