PHASE II Ð Developing the Working Construction
Drawings
Subcontractors and the construction
team visit the site to begin working on a final estimate
based on a more precise scope of work.
PHASE III Ð Final Selections, Contract
Agreement and Timeline
Final construction drawings and
specifications are completed, the contract agreement
is set, a construction schedule is developed, and a start
date is determined. |

Ground-breaking takes place, and
so begins the meticulous phase of constructing your new
addition, remodeled room, or new home. Regular communication
